Every home has its own routines and way of doing things. The aim is simply to keep things running as they should - following established instructions, paying attention to the details and making sure anything unusual doesn't go unnoticed until the usual arrangements resume.

Routine oversight
Observing the residence, grounds and agreed household systems and reporting anything that appears unusual or requires attention.
Contractor & service access
Providing authorised access to contractors, maintenance teams, gardeners, cleaners or other established service providers.
Deliveries & appointments
Receiving expected deliveries and facilitating agreed appointments at the residence.
Pet & animal care
Maintaining established feeding, exercise and care routines for household animals where this forms part of the assignment.
Communication & escalation
Providing updates when agreed and contacting the nominated person promptly when something requires a decision or specialist attention.

Before an assignment begins, the practical requirements, household routines, authorised contacts and escalation procedures are agreed. This provides clarity for everyone involved and allows the residence to continue operating in the manner expected.

Clear Boundaries
Presence and continuity - not replacement management.
Private Presence is there to provide reassurance, continuity and an attentive presence while you're away. The service works alongside the people and arrangements already responsible for your home, rather than trying to replace them.
Part of that presence is noticing when something isn't quite right and making sure it doesn't go overlooked. If something requires specialist knowledge, technical expertise, professional security or managerial authority, I make sure the appropriate person or provider is informed promptly.
Security personnel
A trusted presence at the residence complements existing security arrangements, but does not replace professional security or close protection.
Property management
Existing management arrangements remain in place, while Private Presence provides continuity and attentive oversight during the agreed period.
Specialist maintenance
If something appears to need technical or specialist attention, it can be identified and reported so that the appropriate professional can take care of it.
